To request deletion of your account and personal data, please send an email to support@vortexcrm.ai from the email address associated with your account.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Full Name — the name registered on your account
  • Email Address — the primary email associated with your Vortex OS account
  • Business Name — if applicable, the business or organization linked to the account
  • Description — a brief description of the account or data you wish to have deleted

Incomplete requests may result in delays while we attempt to verify your identity and locate your account. Providing accurate information upfront helps us process your request more quickly.

3. Verification Process

To protect the security of your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, Vortex CRM may request identity verification before processing a deletion request.

Verification steps may include:

  • Confirming ownership of the email address on file
  • Answering security questions or confirming recent account activity
  • Providing a government-issued ID or business documentation in rare cases

We take these precautions to ensure that only authorized individuals can request deletion of account data. Once verification is complete, we will proceed with the deletion process.

4. Data Deleted

Upon approval and completion of the verification process, Vortex CRM will permanently delete the following categories of data associated with your account:

  • User profile information — name, email, phone number, avatar, and other profile details
  • Account records — login credentials, preferences, and account settings
  • Connected social media tokens — OAuth tokens and permissions for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Marketing platform integrations — connected ad accounts, campaign data, and analytics configurations
  • Uploaded personal documents — files, images, and attachments uploaded to the platform, where legally permitted
  • Communication history — messages, comments, and support tickets associated with your account

Data is deleted using secure methods that render it unrecoverable from our active systems. Backup copies are purged in accordance with our retention schedules.

5. Data Retained

Certain information may be retained even after an account deletion request when required by law or for legitimate business purposes. This retained data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data that may be retained includes:

  • Financial records — payment history, invoices, and billing records required for accounting and auditing
  • Tax documentation — records necessary to comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Fraud prevention records — information related to security incidents, abuse, or fraudulent activity

During the processing period, your account may be deactivated to prevent further data generation while the deletion is being executed.
